1:鋁合金拼裝結構，觸摸屏PLC控制，操作界面簡(jiǎn)單易懂。

2:三對毛刷(Φ160㎜)304軸頭配置，上部硬毛刷配置氣缸可單獨提升，特制軟毛刷可洗low-e玻璃，普通鍍膜玻璃。

3：主傳動(dòng)為斜齒傳動(dòng)，變頻調速，清洗機毛刷分別由上下兩組電機單獨齒帶傳動(dòng)，轉速平穩，使用壽命更長(cháng)。

4：快速自動(dòng)厚度調節，可升降300mm，方便內部清潔。

5：二對特制整體鋁風(fēng)刀、風(fēng)力強、一直一斜設計、去除厚板玻璃尾部平面水珠效果更佳，帶風(fēng)加熱和水加熱系統。

玻璃清洗機F系列

1、臥式玻璃清洗機采用國標方管骨架；水平臥式結構；2、臥式玻璃清洗機的溫度控制器可調整吹風(fēng)溫度，從0-90°都可以調整；3、臥式玻璃清洗機的傳動(dòng)部分使用無(wú)級變速機控制,可任意調節清洗速度；4、臥式玻璃清洗機的輸送棍、毛刷棍以及海綿棍均采用耐高溫，耐酸堿材質(zhì),使用壽命長(cháng)；5、臥式玻璃清洗機為密集滾筒帶動(dòng)設計，加工面積范圍大，循環(huán)水清洗玻璃一次完成。6、臥式玻璃清洗機使用離心風(fēng)機，音量小、風(fēng)量大；高溫烘干系統，玻璃清洗完成后表面溫度在30-50°左右。
