設備描述 Machine Feature

自動(dòng)上傳\定位,可同時(shí)鉆兩個(gè)孔,效率高； 基于工業(yè)電腦的數控技術(shù)，程序可用U盤(pán)或聯(lián)網(wǎng)傳輸； 玻璃雙面鉆孔，上下鉆頭鉆孔通過(guò)伺服控制,絲桿完成； 參數直接控制鉆孔的速度和深度，并可調整參數補償鉆頭損耗。 高精度的滾珠絲桿及導軌保證鉆孔精度，不產(chǎn)生玻璃劃傷； Windows界面，易學(xué)易用，普通工人2小時(shí)學(xué)習即可熟練操作；

Glass Loading/alignment automatic,can drill 2 holes at the same time; PC-based numerical control,can make programs in office; Up/down spindles for drilling move by servo motor; By adjust parameters to modify drilling speed & depth; Windows interface,easy to operate.

R角 倒角機 數控圓角機

倒角機是在由由機體、外角倒角工作臺、定位托臺、內角倒角工作臺、內角轉動(dòng)刀頭、外角轉動(dòng)刀頭、電動(dòng)機和傳動(dòng)機構組成，在機體水平上板上垂直安裝內、外角轉動(dòng)刀頭，其下端軸部設置傳動(dòng)機構，垂直升降的內角倒角工作臺中心的內角刀頭露孔中露出內角轉動(dòng)刀頭，位于上述外角轉動(dòng)刀頭正上方定位托臺下側的凹槽與外角倒角工作臺的外角刀頭露孔相結合，端面上構成外角轉動(dòng)刀頭露出的外角刀頭露孔，外角倒角工作臺與機體水平上板之間設置升降裝置，使外角倒角工作臺垂直升降，以使外角刀頭露孔中外角轉動(dòng)刀頭露出可以調節。
